reorganized some code to make it cleaner...
- moved FF strobe loop() logic to an inline function in ff-strobe-modes file
- changed function order in anduril.c to put setup+loop first
- put common/default case first in setup()
- added support for tint ramping on dual-switch lights with power clicky
(even though no such lights exist yet)
- comment gardening
